Bacon…it’s what’s for dinner? Well, tonight it was. I picked up a chicken roaster the other week from the grocery store and had it sitting in the freezer. Wanting to do something a little different, I made another trip to the grocery store for some inspiration. I have to admit, chicken is a tasteless meat. It can be rubbery if overcooked, and a health hazard if not done enough. Nonetheless, the quest to flavor chicken with something that will make it taste like anything is a challenge for me.
